Village Hall Hire Rates

Effective from 3rd April 2010 

The hourly hire charge is based on the time the facilities are actually in use. Please include preparation and cleaning times when calculating the number of hours hire required

Deposits:

Deposit £25, payable at the time of booking. This deposit will be returned the day after the hire, following a satisfactory daylight inspection of the premises

 

The village Hall reserves the right to require a Special Deposit of £150 for events where alcohol is to be consumed.  This deposit is payable in cash before the commencement of the event for which the premises are hired. This deposit will be refunded within 14 days of the termination of the period of hire provided that no damage or loss has been caused to the premises and/or contents nor complaints made to the Village Hall about noise or other disturbance during the period of the hiring as a result of the hiring.

 

Important: The attention of all hirers is drawn to the Standard Conditions of Hire and Special Conditions of Hire especially concerning such matters as safety, damage, licences, the sale or supply of intoxicating liquor, and occupancy.
