The hourly hire charge is based on the time the facilities are actually in use. Please include preparation and cleaning times when calculating the number of hours hire required. Light use of the kitchen for beverages and pre-prepared cold food is included in the hourly rates

The village Hall committee reserves the right to require a Special Deposit of £250 for large catered events and any event where alcohol is to be consumed.

With the exception of events which are of a family nature e.g. weddings, family parties, if music is provided (live or recorded) a fee of £5 is payable as a contribution towards the village hall’s Performing Rights Licence.
