Booking The Hall
The Hall is operated as a registered charity, as such we are obliged to comply with the constantly expanding rules and regulations imposed by government, local authorities, our insurance company and The Charity Commissioners.
To comply with these rules ~ and so Hirers of the Village Hall can see where obligations fall upon them, we have created a hiring agreement and Terms and Conditions of hire based on the Model issued by ACRE (Action with Communities in Rural England) modifying it to suit our criteria.
